Oliver Three Wise Men Set, 12 cm

This set depicts the Three Wise Men on foot, elegantly dressed and ready to pay homage to the Infant Jesus with their symbolic gifts. On the left, the elderly King with a white beard and golden crown kneels respectfully as he offers gold, symbolising kingship. His light blue robe is complemented by a cloak with gold trim and fur detailing. In the centre, the second King, with a brown beard and a light-coloured robe finished with gold details, holds frankincense in his hands, representing divinity. His posture is solemn and reverent. On the right, the third King, with dark skin and a green robe beneath a wide brown cloak edged in gold, carries myrrh, symbolising suffering and humanity. His proud stance completes the group. Together, the three figures convey majesty and devotion, emphasising the sacred nature of the moment and the coming together of different peoples before the mystery of the Nativity.
