2. Can I place an order without registering on the website?
Of course! On messiart.com you can make purchases without creating an account. However, registering allows you to track your orders, save addresses and receive exclusive promotions, so it is recommended. You can also place an order as a Guest, providing only the information required for shipping.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and, in some cases, such as in Italy, cash on delivery. All payments are secure and protected by an SSL certificate.

7. Can I send a gift directly from the website?
Of course! During checkout, you can enter a different shipping address and, if you wish, write a greeting message that we will include in the package.
8. Can I cancel an order?
If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us promptly. Otherwise, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.
9. What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
If the product is damaged during transport, please send us photos of the package and the product immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
