Shipping
We ship via EXPRESS COURIER and always use services that provide shipment tracking.
Orders are normally shipped on the first available business day following receipt of payment, except for certain products that require between 2 and 6 days.
However, failure by the customer to provide a telephone number to be passed on to the courier may result in a delay in shipping, as this information is mandatory for the courier.
Please note that the courier is NOT contractually required to call the customer to arrange or notify them of the delivery. The telephone number may be used exclusively for urgent communications regarding any issues with the delivery service.
