Animated Palestinian Corn Sheller - 30 cm Nativity Figure

This animated 30 cm resin scene depicts a Palestinian farmer shelling corn using a traditional foot-operated corn sheller. The model was created by local artist Michela Nibaldi exclusively for LCR Presepi by Messi Leandro, while the movement has been personally created by Messi Leandro. The figure is dressed in real fabric clothing and wears genuine leather sandals. The coordinated animation brings the scene to life: the farmer repeatedly presses the pedal with his foot while his arm moves up and down, feeding the ears of corn into the sheller. The mechanism separates the kernels from the cobs, allowing them to fall through the front opening of the machine into the jute sacks placed beside it. The setting is enriched with several jute sacks of different sizes, including one standing upright and tied with rope and another resting on the ground. The earth-effect base and carefully crafted accessories faithfully recreate a traditional rural working environment.
