This high-quality handcrafted piece is created and finished with meticulous attention to detail by an artisan for LCR Presepi by Messi Leandro. The structure features a wooden base with a texture that simulates natural ground, a fountain with a brass-colored spout decorated with a lion’s head, and a lower basin where the water collects, finished with a semi-open rim that allows the flowing water to be visible. The rear wall housing the spout is made of cork with a brick-effect finish. The surface shows an aged appearance, with worn plaster areas that reveal the underlying structure. The circular basin is composed of carved white stones, featuring a realistic weathered look with natural wear and mineral encrustations. Thanks to a recirculating pump, water flows continuously from the spout and falls into the basin below. This working miniature fountain is a detailed and captivating piece, combining rustic and decorative elements. The real flowing water, aged bricks, and stone basin make it a perfect choice for Nativity scenes, dioramas, or historical settings.
