Animated Palestinian Standing Fisherman - 30 cm

This animated 30 cm resin figure depicts an elderly standing fisherman lifting his catch with a long fishing rod. The model was created by local artist Michela Nibaldi exclusively for LCR Presepi by Messi Leandro, while the movement has been personally created by Messi Leandro. The coordinated electric mechanism raises and lowers the fisherman's arm, realistically recreating the action of lifting the freshly caught fish attached to the fishing line. The figure is dressed in traditional Palestinian clothing, consisting of a long dark blue tunic, a light grey open-front waistcoat and a dark green head covering draped with a grey cloth. He wears simple leather sandals, while a metal bucket stands at his feet ready to collect the day's catch. A natural ground-effect base with small tufts of grass completes the scene.
