The scene depicts a butcher at work, cutting meat on a sturdy chopping block. The figure wears traditional Palestinian-style clothing in light tones, consisting of a long tunic and a matching traditional head covering. The brick-effect paved base completes the setting, recalling the butcher shops of Middle Eastern villages. The movement animates the arm holding the knife, continuously raising and lowering it to simulate the cutting action, bringing realism and dynamism to the scene.
