This animated 30 cm resin figure depicts an elderly fisherman seated on a faux stone wall while fishing. The model was created by local artist Michela Nibaldi exclusively for LCR Presepi by Messi Leandro, while the movement has been personally created by Messi Leandro. The coordinated electric mechanism animates the fishing scene with smooth, synchronised movements: the arm holding the fishing rod raises and lowers, while the head and the opposite leg move up and down at the same time, creating a realistic and natural effect. The figure is dressed in traditional Palestinian clothing, consisting of a long white and ochre striped tunic fastened with a sash, a large brown shawl draped over the shoulders, and a brown keffiyeh secured with a dark headband. Simple sandals complete the outfit. The figure is seated on a faux stone wall, adding realism to the scene.
