Animated Traditional Fishmonger Cleaning Fish - 30 cm

This animated 30 cm resin figure depicts a traditional fishmonger cleaning fish at his market stall. The model was created by local artist Michela Nibaldi exclusively for LCR Presepi by Messi Leandro, while the movement has been personally created by Messi Leandro. The coordinated electric mechanism moves the fishmonger's right arm backwards and forwards, realistically recreating the action of cleaning and preparing the fish with a knife. The figure is dressed in traditional clothing, consisting of a light-coloured tunic, a cloak draped over the shoulders and a woven straw hat. The stall is richly detailed, featuring a hanging fishing net, carefully arranged terracotta fish with a silver finish, some already marked by the knife while others remain whole. A terracotta plate on the lower shelf and a terracotta amphora complete the display, recreating the atmosphere of a traditional fish market. Rich in handcrafted detail and coordinated movement, this animated scene is ideal for bringing authenticity and life to any traditional Nativity display.
