This high-quality handcrafted piece is created and finished with meticulous attention to detail by a Tuscan artisan for LCR Presepi by Messi Leandro. The structure consists of a wash basin with an arch and a side tower. The wash basin features a large water basin where the flowing water collects, along with four spouts from which water flows, realistically simulating the operation of a public fountain. The arch is finished in faux bricks, partially weathered to give the scene an aged and timeworn charm. The side tower completes the structure and adds depth to the overall design. Along the edges of the fountain, small pieces of colored fabric are clearly visible, evoking the traditional use of the wash basin as a place for domestic work. Moss details appear along the borders and within the gaps between the bricks, realistically simulating the effects of moisture and time. Thanks to a recirculating pump, water continuously flows from the spouts and falls into the basin below.
