This handcrafted resin cow and calf set is proportioned for 25–30 cm Nativity figures. The model was created by local artist Michela Nibaldi exclusively for LCR Presepi di Messi Leandro. The set includes an adult cow and a calf nursing in a natural and carefully designed pose. The cow stands firmly on all four legs, while the calf leans gently beneath her to feed from her udder. The cow's coat is creamy white with light brown shading, reminiscent of light-coloured cattle breeds such as the Marchigiana. The muzzle features dark detailing around the nostrils for a realistic effect. The horns are small, black, and slightly curved, while the black hooves create a pleasing contrast with the light-coloured body. The calf has a lighter coat, tending towards off-white with subtle shading. Its legs are more slender than those of the adult cow, reflecting its young age, while its gentle muzzle and small, expressive eyes enhance its lifelike appearance. Both animals feature finely sculpted, slightly wavy coats, with carefully modelled skin folds and musculature adding depth and realism.
